Whether we pray together, play together, serve together, sing together, work together, or do anything else together, we seek opportunities to build and grow our life together and strengthen our community so that we are better equipped to be ministers in our daily lives. Frequent congregational potlucks and events offer fun and fellowship for people of all ages. Special interest groups for women, seniors, young adults, and youth meet for fellowship and provide the support for one another at each stage of life. Probably one of the most exciting and nurturing times for the people at University Lutheran is the fellowship hour following our Sunday morning worship service. As we gather to greet our guests and connect with those whom we have not seen for a week, this time of conversation becomes a time of welcome, recognition, celebration, and support that encourages everyone for another week in God’s service. Come and discover a place where you might belong and share in this community that we have been given as a gift of God. §
